The Multicultural Affairs Office within the College of Communications is seeking to fill three part-time Work-Study positions. Hours will be approximately 20 hours a week. Duties will include general office duties, answering phones, copying and scanning documents, sorting literature and documents, assembling recruitment packets, recycling materials, shredding outdated documents, typing labels, filing, researching cultural articles, inventory of literature, delivering documents to other departments, greeting visitors, assisting with promoting diversity events, distributing cultural publications, assisting with recruitment phone-a-thons, assisting with diversity event planning, set-up and take-down. The successful candidate must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, the ability to work both independently and as a team player, demonstrate a genuine appreciation in working with diverse audiences.
