Description

Assist people with general computer issues, answer end-user questions regarding technology, provide face to face support when needed. Help students with the proper operation of LionPATH, Canvas, Angel, or other student facing systems. Help students activate their Access ID and reset passwords as necessary. Help users get their devices set up with PSU Webmail and Wi-Fi. Troubleshoot and repair computer hardware. Check on the regular operation of computers in labs around campus. Change printer toner. Help students, faculty, and staff with the operation of AV equipment. Experience providing user support, excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills, and strong attention to detail are required. Required education/skills:  Basic computer Troubleshooting skills. Competence in Windows OS, Mac OS, Mobile OS’s and Microsoft Office.
