Description

The Office of Undergraduate Studies and Outreach in the College of Health and Human Development has several work-study positions available in the following areas: Center for Student Advising and Engagement, Office of Diversity and Inclusion, and the Associate Dean’s Office. Primary Duties include but are not limited to customer service for students and families, answer and direct incoming telephone calls, general office support, support for student events, and other duties as assigned. Hours can vary up to 15 hours per week. Must have excellent customer service skills, high level of reliability and responsibility, and excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Current progress towards completing a Bachelor’s degree and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Must have a current federal work-study grant.
