Description

Assist people with general computer issues, answer end-user questions regarding technology, provide face to face support when needed. Help students with the proper operation of LionPath, Canvas, and other student facing systems. Help students reset passwords when necessary. Help users get their mobile devices set up with PSU Email and Wi-Fi. Troubleshoot and repair computer hardware. Check on the regular operation of computers in labs around campus. Change printer toner. Help students, faculty, and staff with the operation of AV equipment. Required education/skills: Basic computer troubleshooting skills. Competence in Windows/Mac/Mobile OS’s and Microsoft Office. Experience providing user support, excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills, and strong attention to detail are required.
