Description

The Help Desk Technician is responsible for providing support to Penn State Shenango students, faculty, and staff. You are the first contact person for students seeking technical help with computer-related and mobile device issues. An understanding of Canvas, Office 365, LionPATH, and the campus WiFi are required. Also, must be able to perform basic computer troubleshooting including hardware, software, and printer maintenance.
