Description

Assist people with general computer issues, answer end-user questions regarding technology, provide additional support when needed. Help students with the proper operation of LionPath, Canvas, and other student facing systems. Assist students with changing Access Account passwords. Help students get access to their Office 365 email and on the Wi-Fi. Troubleshoot and repair computer hardware. Check on the regular operation of computers and printers in the student labs. Help students, faculty, and staff with the operation of AV equipment. Required Education and Skills: Basic computer troubleshooting skills. Competence in Windows OS, Mac OS, Mobile OS’s and Microsoft Office.
