Description

This is a part time position for current Penn State Abington students: Basic computer and customer service skills necessary. Duties include greeting and assisting visitors onsite at the Tech Support Centers, answering phones, and general office duties. Training will be provided to assist with classroom technology support and basic software support as well as computer lab maintenance. Recommended knowledge/skills: customer service, troubleshooting, critical thinking, communication, familiarity with Office365, Mobile OS (iOS, Android, Windows phones), Microsoft Windows OS, Mac OS, Canvas, and LionPath.
